There’s no goal we can’t accomplish together as a team.

Reliable? Creative? Fun? That’s Me!

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I have been fortunate to experience some amazing adventures so far in my life. I have experienced the festivities of Oktoberfest in Southern Germany, spent a summer attending middle school in Japan, and braved the scorching heat of Nevada to be inspired by the art and creativity of Burning Man. These experiences have been truly unforgettable, and I am eager to create more memories in the years to come.

With more than 10 years of experience as a writer and marketing coordinator, my professional journey has been fruitful but my passion lies in art. The material used in my artwork includes glass and tile, as well as found objects such as beads, stones, and metal. Working with glass allows me to play with light and texture. What may look like a black image on a gray background is revealed to be a completely different shade and texture when light is allowed to shine through it. My latest obsession is metal sculpture, welding, and finding a way to incorporate glass with steel to create beautiful pieces for outdoor spaces.

Cute dog pictures are guaranteed!

Many changes came out of the pandemic, but the best one was that I adopted my wonderful senior dog, Bella. She was stuck in a difficult situation with someone who was not equipped to handle a senior dog with separation anxiety and the need to always be the center of her owner’s heart. Luckily for her and I both, I was ready and able to take on the challenge. If you can’t tell from the picture, she’s not a fan of the camera which just means most of my pictures of her involve her being cute while she sleeps.

I love all animals, so feel free to share pictures of your dog, cat, bird, lizard… whatever you’ve got!

Happy Little Accidents

The city of Portland is an inspiring backdrop to create my original stained glass and mosaic pieces. I’ve shown my work in galleries and shops over the past few years, including the Latchkey Gallery, Rose City Coffee Shop, and Raven’s Wing Magical Co-Op.

👎

  1. Disruptions to your life.
There are plenty of potential employees out there with time management skills. There are also people you may have interviewed that are great at customer service. But how many people have you interviewed who excel at time management and customer service, as well as project management, graphic design, budgeting, and more?
  2. An unqualified new hire can cost you time and money.
Depending on what comes up during the background check and training period, you could be on the hook for helping someone learn a position they are not experienced enough to handle.
  3. The months it takes to train add up.
When you add up the time it can take to train a new person not familiar with Carrot’s culture, products, and software, you will see the real cost of not making the smart move and hiring Jenna.
  4. No Sinkhole Facts
And your day will be a little sadder for it.

Sinkhole Facts

Bet you didn’t know there are three types of sinkholes*:

  • When continual water erosion degrades the limestone and dolomite bedrock, a Solution Sinkhole is formed. These can be slower forming sinkholes and vary in size.
  • Cover Collapse Sinkholes are large holes that develop suddenly when the supporting bedrock and soil below the surface strata erodes and can no longer support its own weight.
  • Cover Subsidence Sinkholes are slow-growing and often smaller than their cousin sinkholes. They occur when clay, sand, and other particulate bedrock coverings settle into the cracks and holes in the bedrock, forming a surface depression that can collect rainwater and other runoff.
